2. Can I print a bill?
Yes. After displaying the bill, select the Print command from the File menu or press the "Ctrl" and "P" keys simultaneously.

3. What if I forget my user ID and password?
Navigate to the "Login Page" and view the list of options on the lower right hand side of the page. Click the "Forgot Password or User Name?" link. Follow the appropriate prompt at the bottom of the page.

4. What if I change my email address?
While viewing your Account Summary, you will see a list of links in the upper right hand portion of the page. Click on the link labeled "Change Email Address" and follow the prompts.

5. What information do I need to set up for online bill pay?
You will be required to enter your MRN and Account Numbers along with a user id, password and an email address. Once enrolled you will be able to see your statement history and make payments against your most recent statement(s). We provide the Previous Statement(s) area for you to reference your historical statements.

6. I am trying to view the pdf of my statement and I am not able to view it. What should I do?
Please make sure your pdf is not getting blocked as a pop up. If the pdf is not getting blocked, please be sure you have Adobe PDF viewing software installed on your machine.

7. What if I decide not to pay a bill online anymore?
You are not required to pay your bill online if you have created an enrollment. Please mail payment to the remit address on your statement or call customer service to submit the payment via phone. Your prompt payment is appreciated.
